The turnaround time for pieces depends on their size and our availability.
Please allow 3 business days for follow-up after receipt of the form and a minimum of 2 weeks for order fulfillment.
For new patterns, we will offer 3 rounds of edits at no additional charge. Sundries by Secrest LLC owns the rights to all custom patterns and reserves the right to sell future pieces based on custom order patterns.
Prices are determined based on the size and complexity of the piece.
Once patterns and prices have been approved by all parties, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% will be paid upon completion of the project.
Custom orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
